Empowering Young EngineersAt Advent eModal, we believe that workplaces that empower young talent maximize innovation. We attempt to consciously structure the workplace to be a flexible environment where doors to the top leadership always remain open and young engineers are granted autonomy and ownership of business-critical tasks, and the freedom to put forward ideas and voice opinions. |
A 26-Week Intensive InternshipThe Advent eModal Launchpad onboards college undergraduates in their eighth and final semester and gives them the skills, exposure, and opportunity to shape a career building cutting-edge, impactful software. After strengthening core programming skills, Trainee Engineers will be introduced to working with RESTful APIs that impact real-world logistics on live projects, working in teams with peers and mentors from all over the globe.
Real world exposureTrainee Engineers will learn to build and deploy apps over the cloud, exposing them to ASP.NET Web API, OWIN, OAUTH, C#, Angular, and the Azure Cloud Infrastructure. The 42 week Internship will enable students to shape their role, with trainees being able to transition into full-time specialisations such as Full Stack Engineer, Data Engineer, Automation Engineer, and Azure infrastructure Engineer upon graduation.
Personal MentoringGiven the Engineering team’s vast portfolio of engineering projects, Trainee Engineers will have access to personal mentoring from the top-tier experts in the industry. At Advent, we are structuring a truly global, diverse workplace that empowers young engineers—giving them autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to put forward their ideas and opinions, along with mentor-enabled expertise that helps them thrive in the industry.
