Analysis A combination of process and system analysis that prepares the team for application configuration design. Advent eModal prepares a series of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), factoring in all key terminal operational stakeholders. |
Design A documented suite of business rules that drive configurations. Customizations will be reconciled against processes to minimize coding. Advent eModal develops a design document that is the basis for system configuration. |
Integration Application design and business process configuration. Integration of 3rd party Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), appointment and gate systems, RTLS, RFID, TWIC and smart sensor technologies. |

Testing As the configuration progresses, Advent eModal completes incremental unit testing. Complex integration testing readies applications for production, including performance, database tuning and hardware sizing. |
Go-Live Advent eModal executes a fully developed and managed plan with the onsite launch organization of all system partners. Rollback plans remain on contingency standby pending a successful 72-hour Go-Live period. |
Sustainment Support process launch as systems and process tuning continues. The project team scales down while Advent eModal enables change management throughout software and hardware platforms. |
